- We keep the fertility of the soil by recycling the organic material that we produce, rests of the harvest and manure from our animals ( horses, cows, pigs, ostriches, hens,…)
- We keep the biodiversity of our environment planting all kind of fruit trees, garden, cereal, almond trees, carob trees, olive trees, walnuts, wineyards… integrating and enhancing the local flora and fauna.
- We use all the available resources in the farm looking for the synergy with nature, balance and sustainability.

- Ornamental trees in the garden like date palm trees, pinetrees, cycas, palmettos, yucas….and ornamental and aromathic bushes.
- Fruit trees like appletrees, peartrees, apricottrees, cherrytrees, plumbtrees, orangetrees, lemontrees, mandarinetrees,…and nuts like almondtrees, walnuts and carob trees…and wineyards for fresh consumption or wine production and olive trees for our oil.
- All kind of vegetables in our garden depending on the season
- Cereal and legume pastures
- Forests of pinetrees, wild olivetrees, oak and pistacia lentiscus
- Also native fauna. You can find rabbits, hares, partridges, bitterns, pigeons, doves, sparrows, goldfinches, blackbirds
- And our Arabic and Spanish horses, menorcan cows, black majorcan pigs, African ostriches, native hens and pigeons
