The cellar of Can Feliu exists in Porreras since 1790 with the development of grapes from the vineyards of Son Drago, Son Barbut and Son Dagueta. In 1999 six hectares of vines were replanted that are today under ecological production.
The cultivated varieties are: Cabernet Sauvignon, Shyrah, Merlot y Callet.
Can Feliu offers you the opportunity of learning and taking part in all the works on the field for the care of the vineyard like pruning, thinning of shoots, and during the month of September in the harvest and elaboration of wine in our cellar.
In our project "Tu Crianza", you decide about:
- Variety of the grape and coupage, only of the grapes produced in our farm
- Type of bordolese barrel 225 l. (French oak, american oak, mixed or hungarian oak).
- You can decide about optional operations previous to the bottling like clarification or filtration.
- In your hand is also the decission about the model and size of the bottle and the design of the label.
All this under the supervision of our equipment of winemakers and oenoligsits that will advise you in any decission.
